Here's a little bit about myself

  • I'm a developer and designer who enjoys working on interactive and game projects.
  • I currently live in Atlanta, GA.
  • I love pushing myself into new areas and disciplines of these projects whenever I get the chance. I figure, if I'm out of my comfort zone, I'm growing.
  • I officially started my own company in 2011, Addo Games. Under the Addo Games banner, I created my first original IP, Robots Love Ice Cream (RLIC) as well as working on a lot of fun interactive and game contract work.
  • In 2013, Addo Games was acquired by a local Atlanta company in order to help finish RLIC. RLIC launched in Spring 2014 and has over 700k downloads!
  • I went to an art school for a programming degree. As a result, I love toeing the line between design and development, usually getting deeper into development as a project matures to support the creative people in the project and build out user-facing systems and mechanics.
  • I love learning about anything business, productivity, and programming related.
  • If I'm not working on myself each day and trying to be better than I was the day before, I'm probably not happy.
  • As much as it stings in the moments when I falter, I love learning from my mistakes and getting back up again more emboldened than before.
  • I love working in team environments and believe that a great team's work allows each member to put a bit of themselves into the project at hand.
  • I love great food. Anywhere I visit, I'm probably looking for the best coffee, Indian, and Thai food (most likely in that order).
  • I love running, especially to explore around the various neighborhoods in Atlanta. I also love playing basketball when I get the chance.
  • In my spare time, I enjoy working reading, jogging along the Atlanta Beltline, or working on my MAME cabinet (I am looking forward to getting some indie arcade games on it soon!)
